I brewed up some celebration IPA in the spirit of Tuesday's inauguration of President Obama. It is filled with chinook and cascade hops with a 1.072 original gravity (7.3%). A straightforward american style ipa. The weather was beautiful and football was on the tv. We also deep fried, so much deep fry.
